Music video third draft

Making amedments to the video

After the first time editing we began to cut down some of the shots that we didn't think worked cutting out half of the video as most of it was blank spaces the two and a half minutes we do have is full of narrative and performance, we discussed doing the performance again as we don't feel that is engaging enough for the audience also we may need to reedit as we feel that some of the shots are too long as the pretender has a very fast beat and the video must be cut to the beat we will continue to edit so that the video feels faster and more engaging.

Editing the clips

Today we began cutting both the narrative clips and the performance clips together to create our music video but before we did that we had to go through each individual piece of footage to determine which shots were good and which shots we could get rid of, we elected to get rid of all of the music studio filming as we didn't think it looked professional enough and decided to use the drama studio performance instead.

By the time we had finished editing the clips we liked to a standard that we were proud of we had about a half of the music video we will have to get more shots so that we can fill up the music video until it has been done to a standard that we are happy with.

Band logo's (re-edited)

This was the original logo that we created the background was rather plain so i decided to edit it but the feedback i got was that the lightening bolt didn't suit the genre of our band 

i then decided to add an american bald eagle to the background as our band is american and they are very patriotic but i decided that this didn't work either

i finally decided that that removing the eagle altogether looked good as the blue background suited our bands color scheme
